After another impressive second-half  lockdown of the Celtics, Boomer & Craig opened up today’s radio program talking about the Knicks 87-71 Game 2 victory — a victory that marked the beginning of the end for the Celts, according to Craig.

With the series shifting to Boston on Friday night — unlike his radio partner — Boomer wasn’t ready to declare this series a triumph for the Knicks just yet, but he is very encouraged after what he saw last night, specifically in the second half.

So it was there that today’s Morning Extravaganza began, as Criag offered up his perspective of watching the action at the Garden with his cousin and two young sons, while the Booms was in the comfort of his own home, watching the Knicks while keeping tabs on his beloved Rangers. Those Rangers, by the way, lost, and are currently on the outside of the NHL playoff picture, while Craig’s beloved Islanders are sittin’ pretty…
