Port Authority Tweets Photo From 1,700 Feet Atop One World Trade Center

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - While the top of the spire was installed at One World Trade Center a couple of weeks ago, there are still other pieces to install.

That means workers have had to scale the mast to attach them.

The construction of the tower has been well-documented and, on Friday, the Port Authority tweeted out a photo of workers 1,700 feet up.
