Tony's Table With Stephanie: Blackberry Arugula Salad
Blackberry Arugula Salad:
Ingredients:
2 c. Arugula
1/2 c. Tomatoes (sliced)
1 c. Blackberries
2 tbsp. Parmesan
1/3 c. Pecan (halves or pieces)
Sea Salt and fresh black pepper to taste
Dressing:
1 Garlic Clove (minced)
1/2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar
Preparation:
In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing and mix together with a fork. In a large mixing bowl, combine all salad ingredients and mix together with dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
