B&C Morning Show: Mets Hit An All-Time Low; Kidd Fancies Himself A Head Coach

For the second straight weekend, the Mets were swept away by the lowly Miami Marlins, with Saturday's setback taking 20 innings to decide, during which the "Not So Amazin's" managed to score just one run.

Yesterday was another extra-inning affair, concluding after 10, with an 8-4 Marlins win.

With that said, while opening up today's radio program, Craig declared that his beloved Mets have reached their lowest point in the last quarter century.

As for Boomer, he was not as harsh as his radio partner with regards to the Mets, who sent a collection of players down to the minors following yesterday's game. One of those players was Ike Davis, who has been absolutely brutal at the plate.

Then there is the blessing that is the Yankees, who took three of four in Seattle and have now won six of their last seven. Recently-retired Jason Kidd reportedly has interest in being the next head coach of the Brooklyn Nets, but does he have what it takes to lead a team from the sideline???
