Police Searching For Bronx Robbery Suspect Who Hit Victim With Brick

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Police have released surveillance video of a man wanted in connection with a robbery in the Bronx last month.

According to police, the suspect hit his victim in the head with a brick, stole the teen's iPod and took off.

The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 25 outside 3344 Palmer Avenue in the Baychester section.

The suspect has been described by police as a black man, approximately 5'7" tall with a light complexion.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call Crime stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
