Basil Prosciutto Salad over Watermelon


3 Slices Prosciutto

5 Basil Leaves

4 Leaves of Romaine

1/2 Red Onion

2 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Watermelon Slice

Pinch of Sea Salt

Red Pepper Flakes to taste


Combine all ingredients except the watermelon and salt in a large bowl. Sprinkle salt over watermelon slice and place salad on top. Enjoy cold!
