NEW YORK (WLNY) — Summer is a great time to add delicious seasonal fruits to your diet. But did you know some are loaded with nutrients that can help you slim down?

Celebrity fitness and nutrition expert Lisa Lynn stopped by The Couch to show us three of the sexiest, slimming fruits of the summer and how you can accrue their maximum benefits for your waist and your face.

“Raspberries might be a small, delicate fruit but they hold back nothing when it comes to aiding in weight loss,” Lynn said. “They are an excellent source of vitamin C, B vitamins and iron.”

Lychee Fruit is well known for its health and weight loss benefits, as it’s loaded with Vitamin C, antioxidants and Vitamin B6, but Lynn says it can also help you keep a youthful look because of its anti-aging qualities.
