Authorities Search For Missing Mentally Disabled 10-Year-Old

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Police in Orange County were searching for a missing child on Sunday night.

The mentally disabled 10-year-old was last seen at his home in Monroe at 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, according to police.

The boy was playing on the grass near his home and wandered away from his yard, state police, as well as firefighters and local EMS have joined the search, CBS 2 reported.
