NEW YORK (WLNY) -- NTSB investigators are trying to determine what caused a twin engine plane to crash into two homes in East Haven, killing four people.
What's left of the homes on Charter Oak Avenue will be torn down after the aircraft slammed into the homes on Friday morning as it was coming in for a landing at Tweed New Haven Airport.
Aviation attorney and former military pilot Justin Green joined us on The Couch to shed some light on the investigation.
