Police: Robbery Suspects Beat 60-Year-Old Man At Brooklyn Subway Station

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are asking for the public's help in finding two men wanted in connection with a robbery at a Brooklyn subway station.

A 60-year-old man was attacked while walking up to the northbound train platform of the Ocean Parkway subway station on the D and Q lines around 1 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The suspects grabbed the victim's legs from behind as he passed them on the stairs and threw him onto the steps, causing him to slam his head, police said.

The suspects then repeatedly punched and kicked the victim before taking his cellphone and fleeing westbound on West Brighton Avenue, police said.

The victim was taken to Coney Island Hospital and treated for minor injuries.

No arrests have been made.
