B&C Morning Show: NJ Governor Christie In For Booms; Rex Gets All 'Rex'ed Up' Saturday Night

With Boomer still out enjoying time to himself, today his seat was filled by none other than the governor of New Jersey, Craig's old friend Chris Christie.

Together Craig and the governor opened things up talking about the fallout from Saturday night's Giants-Jets game, which provided all sorts of talking points, beginning with the entertaining postgame press conference courtesy of Rex Ryan. The Jets' head coach was asked about his collection of quarterbacks, after Mark Sanchez left the game with an injury and rookie signal caller Geno Smith threw three picks.

Plenty to talk about there.

We also learned how the governor of New Jersey became a Dallas Cowboys fan, how (and why) he has not given up on his beloved Mets and the story behind his induction into the Little League Hall of Fame over the weekend.

Rounding out a well-rounded show open, Craig and Governor Christie also talked about the possible return of Derek Jeter tonight for the Yankees in Toronto, which would mark the first time all season that the captain and Alex Rodriguez would be playing together...
