Barry Sanders stopped by the studio this morning to pay Boomer and Craig a visit — and he arrived wearing his Pro Football Hall of Fame blazer, which fits him well.
Sanders played his entire career with Detroit and said he is still invested in the team, so the conversation began with the promise of the 2013 version of the Lions, who are out to a 3-1 start and according to Sanders are young and hungry, which gives them a leg up on the Packers.
With regards to Ndamukong Suh, who Boomer has been very critical of, Sanders said he is happy to have him on his side and leaves it at that.
