2 Bronx Teens Go Missing In Separate Incidents

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for two teenage girls who went missing in separate incidents in the Bronx on Monday.

One of the girls, 16-year-old Adana Ojeda, was last seen leaving her home at 2239 Chatteton Avenue in Unionport headed for school around 7:30 a.m. She is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 115 pounds.

The other missing girl, 15-year-old Juliana Hernandez, was last spotted entering the Jeffrey Rapport School in Mott Haven around 8 a.m. She is 5-foot-11, 135 pounds and was wearing a wearing a black jacket, turquoise shirt and black sneakers.

Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS or to submit a tip online at NYPDCrimeStoppers.com.
