Jerry Recco is always in a good mood, but on Fridays his mood could often be described as bubbly, which was the case today.
So with that said, a bubbly Jerry got after it while delivering his first update of the morning, recapping the Knicks’ tough loss to the Bulls last night in the Windy City. The Knicks had a chance to win it late, but Carmelo Anthony failed to match Derek Rose’s late game heroics and Craig was less than thrilled with how it all went down, holding Mike Woodson ultimately responsible. With the loss the Knicks dropped to 1-1, with just 80 games remaining.
Plus, the Bengals lose on a safety in overtime to the Dolphins kicking off Week 9 of the NFL season, Cincinnati All-Pro defensive tackle Geno Atkins suffered what appeared to be a season ending knee injury. The Rangers have now won three of their last four after topping the Sabres 2-0 and finally, the circus that is the life and times of Alex Rodriguez is given perspective by A-Rod himself, who has the children in mind throughout his public fight…
