Spiritual leader and professor Robert Thurman joined us to give us some tips on how to keep circumstances from upsetting us and increase our happiness. He is the author of "Love Your Enemies: How To Break The Anger Habit And Be A Whole Lot Happier."
In the book, Thurman says hatred becomes addictive
"The inner enemy is one's own mind, speaking to one in one's own voice, so it's a very tricky one," he said.
