Cops: Brooklyn Liquor Store Robbers Stole $1,500, Lottery Tickets

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are searching for four suspects who they say robbed a liquor store last month in Brooklyn.

The suspects -- 3 males and a female -- entered Pratt Wine Liquor Inc. at 180 Washington Ave. in Clinton Hill on Oct. 30 just before 10 p.m., police said. One male brandished a gun while the other simulated he had a gun and the others served as lookouts, according to authorities.

The suspects demanded money from the store employee, and the robbers fled with $1,500 and an undetermined number of lottery tickets.

At least two of the suspects covered their faces with bandannas. Police have released surveillance images of the alleged robbers.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-8477 or to submit a tip online at NYPDCrimeStoppers.com. All communications are kept confidential.
