With the Jets and Giants both playing out the string and the Knicks and Nets collectively failing to live up to lofty expectations, Boomer & Craig got this Football Friday edition of your morning drug kick started with the latest surrounding free-agent second baseman Robinson Cano.

Based on recent reports, it’s a real possibility that Cano could shun the Yankees’ offer in favor of signing a lucrative deal with the Mariners to take his talents to Seattle.

Unlike David Wright, Cano is not likely to give a “hometown discount” to remain in New York, so who is gonna blink first?

What about Curtis Granderson? Will he sign with the Mets, who have done very little thus far this offseason? Might he choose to remain in pinstripes, or could Carlos Beltran ultimately fill his role in the Bronx???

So much uncertainty, but don’t fret, the Dynamic Radio Duo are both trained professionals and equipped to get ya’ll through it…
