Craig Still Believes In His Jets; Might Another 'Pig Slappin' Be In Order?
Back in October the Giants had a record of 0-6 and there was very little, if any, hope surrounding the team. Enter Craig Carton and his idea to slap a pig with the hopes of lifting the hex.
Well the Giants were victorious over the Vikings that faithful Monday night and actually managed to run off three more wins after that before their playoff hopes were officially put to bed Sunday in San Diego.
All of that brings us to the Jets, who are still mathematically alive in the clouded AFC playoff picture. And if the cards fall right, Craig vowed to host another pig slappin' tailgate party in the MetLife Stadium parking lot. This time in honor of the Jets prior to their December 22 matchup with the Cleveland Browns -- if the game has any significance in the postseason scenario, that is.
