Must-Have Looks For Spring

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- It might not feel like it, but spring is just a few weeks away.

Fashion expert Constance White stopped by The Couch to show us some of the hottest spring fashion trends.

Orange Is The New Black

"Orange is the new black in so many ways, not just a TV show, but it was seen on so many runways," White said.

Model Aileen Maria showed off a great look that you could wear to work.

She paired a blouse from Target with a Byron Lars Beauty Mark skirt.

"Here's an example of a way to transition from your fall/winter wardrobe into spring," White said. "Ladies will remember that blue was really hot last year. A lot of us have some cobalt blue in our wardrobes. It's still hot, it's still good."

Pop Of Color

"You have your cobalt blue top, black and white -- especially graphic black and white painterly prints are very big for spring," White said. "I love this because it's easy but it's sexy."

Floral

"Florals in a bomber jacket, I love that. It's a very lightweight bomber, very cute, with your boyfriend jean," White said. "She's also doing a mix of prints which is big, too."

Pastels

"I love this combination, I just love all the combinations of pastels. Spring is awash in color, so if you don't like the bold of the orange that we saw, go for something quieter," White said. "Take note  of her shoes, because that bone color is a great way to pair and to finish off your pastels. Bone in shoes and bone in handbags are really key for spring."
