NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- Kerry Kennedy is set to go on trial in her drugged driving case.
Kennedy has taken an unusual approach and will fight a misdemeanor charge with a trial by jury, CBS 2 reported.
The case will be held in Westchester County Court.
Kennedy is the daughter or the late Robert Kennedy and the ex-wife of Governor Cuomo.
She has been accused of causing an accident while driving under the influence of medication in North Castle.
