Before he could get started updating the masses, Jerry Recco was wished a happy 40th birthday by Boomer and Craig, which was nice.
Getting to the update, it started with the Phil Jackson's introduction as the Knicks new president of operations, James Dolan's willingness to give Jackson full control and Carmelo's Anthony's room for improvement.
Then it was on to the Yankees, who had their spring training game with the Red Sox game delayed by a swarm of bees, of all things. Thankfully John Sterling and Suzyn Waldman were on hand to explain the delay - which prompted Craig to channel his inner-Suzyn. As for Mark Teixeira, he put his Georgia Tech education to use and made a trail of honey with the hopes of luring the swarm away from the field of play.
Plus, Hendrik Lundqvist gets his 302 career win for the Rangers, Albany wins the chance to play Florida, Mario Manningham returns to the Giants and Tiger Woods withdraws from the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill with back issues...
