After declaring he feels great today, Jerry Recco was then threatened with bodily harm by a certain blonde member of the Dynamic Radio Duo.

Not one to be easily intimidated, Jerry brushed off the threat and got to updating,  ironically starting things with details from the Yankees' season opener in Houston, where according to Boomer, it looked like the Bombers were a little intimidated themselves.

A slimmed-down version of CC Sabathia was far from sharp, yielding six earned runs in his six innings of work.  That combined with the Yanks grand total of just two runs means Joe Girardi's ball club is one game under .500.

Tonight in Houston, Roger Clemens is scheduled to be part of a tribute to Derek Jeter, which got Craig to wondering how John Sterling's partner in the radio booth, Suzyn 'Goodness Gracious' Waldman, might react upon seeing the former Yankee right-hander.

Plus, the Mets will be without their closer Bobby Parnell for a while, Nets win their 14th in a row at home, the Jets sign (WR) Jacoby Ford and (CB) Dimitri Patterson, Tiger Woods is out for the Masters, Marty St. Louis gets his first goal as a Ranger in a win, Devils lose, Matt Martin lights the lamp in an Islanders victory and Larry Brown leads SMU to an NIT title...
