WATCH: Mets' Bartolo Colon Shakes Belly Fat After Dominating Braves

GET IN MY BELLY! Bartolo Colon celebrates by shaking his belly by MLB on YouTube

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Bartolo Colon was feeling pretty good about himself.

And can you blame him?

After an average debut with the Mets last week, the 40-year-old dominated the rival Braves at Turner Field on Tuesday night. The right-hander was as efficient as can be, allowing no runs on six hits in seven innings of work. He struck out five and didn't issue a walk.

After leaving the game in the bullpen's hands, the television broadcast caught the veteran grabbing his belly fat and shaking it. With a grin on his face, of course.

The three-time All-Star doesn't have the same frame as your everyday major-league pitcher.

Colon, always known for being heavy, is 5-foot-11 and 260 pounds.

You've got to appreciate a guy who can laugh at himself, right?

And as long as he's throwing the ball the way he did on Tuesday night, nobody will question what he does with his belly.
