Stephanie & Tony’s Table: Blackberry Salad
6 oz spring mix
1 cup blackberries
3 oz ricotta salata
1 haas avocado, peeled pitted and cubed
2 tbsp crushed almonds.
Juice of 1 Meyer lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper.
Whisk together dressing components to a smooth consistency.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, stir in dressing and serve immediately.
