Thousands Prepare To Hit The Pavement For Annual ‘March For Babies’
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) — Many people will be hitting the pavement across the country on Sunday, for the March of Dimes’ ‘March For Babies’.
As CBS 2’s Diane Macedo explained, the event is in its 45th year and raises money and awareness aimed at preventing birth defects and premature birth.
On Saturday, Michael and Jennifer Skrilow along with their children Alex, Abbey, and Zoe, and one of Michael’s students ‘Joel’ from the Eagle Academy in Brooklyn sat down to discuss the ‘March For Babies’.
