2 Slices Focaccia Bread

3 Slices Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced 1/4 Inch Thick

Salt And Pepper

1 Beefsteak Tomato, Sliced

Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

4 Leaves Fresh Basil

Balsamic Reduction.


Drizzle oil on focaccia and lightly toast.

Layer cheese, salt and pepper to taste, tomato and fresh basil. Drizzle balsamic reduction on top.

Repeat for additional layers.
