Boomer & Carton: Tanaka’s Torrid Start Continues; Craig Provides An Elixir For The Hapless Mets
Yankees heralded starter Masahiro Tanaka was at it again last night in the Bronx, striking out 10 Blue Jays on the way to his 11th win of the season, thus once again living up to the high expectations that accompany his starts.
Boomer & Craig got things in motion this Wednesday morning by reflecting on the brilliance of Tanaka before addressing the fact that Craig was wearing a lab coat.
The stylish lab coat was a gift from the fine folks over at Entenmann’s, The reason Craigie was wearing it was because he was busy coming up with an “elixir” for the struggling Mets, which he was more than willing to share.
In a nutshell, this is what Craig’s master plan entailed: Relieve Terry Collins of his managerial duties and fire Sandy Alderson. How ’bout that?!
