NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A 68-year-old woman was charged Tuesday with snatching two purses from restaurants in Park Slope and Fort Greene, Brooklyn.

Hannah Harris was accused in incidents on June 1 and this past Sunday, the latter of which was caught on surveillance video.

In the latest incident around 10:20 p.m. this past Sunday, a woman walked into Mullanes Bar and Grill, at 71 Lafayette Ave. in Brooklyn, and took a 45-year-old woman’s purse, police said.

Surveillance video showed the woman walking down an aisle between tables in the restaurant, swiping a purse from the back of a chair where the alleged victim was sitting, and turning around to walk out.

Police also accused Harris in a June 1 incident at the Tea Lounge, at 837 Union St. in Brooklyn, around 11 p.m. June 1.

In that incident, a suspect walked in and took purse that had been left unattended on a table, police said.

Harris was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.
