Police: Man Killed In Early Morning, Gerritsen Beach Hit-And-Run
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) — One man is dead and another in custody following an apparent hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn.
Bryan Loughran, 32, was struck around 2:30 a.m., on Saturday. He was pronounced dead at Beth Israel Hospital.
The suspect, 50-year-old Michael Casale, allegedly fled the scene, but was caught a short time later.
Casale has been charged with Leaving An Accident That Resulted In Death, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle in the third degree.
