Woman Killed In Jackson Heights Fire
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A woman died after being pulled from a fire in Queens early Saturday morning.
Crews were called to the scene on 34th Avenue near 85th Street in Jackson Heights around 3 a.m., CBS 2 reported.
Officials said 46-year-old Sophia Paz was found inside her bedroom and was rushed to Elmhurst General Hospital where she died.
There is no word yet on what sparked the blaze.
