Manhattan Residents Make A Stink About Smelly Borough
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Manhattan is New York City's smelliest borough -- or at least it has the most people concerned about the stink.
311 has logged more than 13,000 odor complaints about Manhattan over the last four years, 1010 WINS' Glenn Schuck reported.
One Washington Heights apartment building, at 68 Thayer St., has been the subject of 267 of those calls, more than any other building.

"It's a combination of trash, urine, human feces," one man who lives there told Schuck.
"It's kind of sour and pungent," added Chris, who lives on the block.
Residents said they will keep calling 311 until something is done about the smell.
