NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A Queens mother is under arrest after her toddler fell from a second-floor fire escape onto the concrete below while she was left home alone, police said.
Yasmine Robert, 34, left her 4-year-old daughter at their 191st Street apartment while she went out to run errands on Sunday, authorities told 1010 WINS.
