Boomer & Carton: Still Winless In December And No Sign Of Getting Any Better

Well, the Knicks lost their ninth straight game Tuesday night, falling to the Pelicans 104-93 in New Orleans, in the process staying true to their 'loser's mentality' -- which has to make one wonder if they were even listening to anything president Phil Jackson said on Monday when he spoke rather frankly about the sad state of his team.

Boomer and Craig were unable to avoid the 'elephant in the room' that is the New York Knickerbockers, so it was there that things got started Wednesday morning.

Craig is beside himself, grouping his beloved Knicks with his beloved Jets, describing both teams as nothing more than expansion teams, citing their collective perceived need to start all over.  Taking it one step further, Craig is convinced the Knicks won't even win a game in December, they are currently 0-5 to start off the month.

In the Knicks, Boomer sees a team that is not playing together, calling them both hard and sad to watch.

Boomer also wondered aloud how Patrick Ewing must feel watching rookie head coach Derek Fisher stumble out to the start that he has, calling it 'offensive' that Ewing can't even get a sniff at a head coaching job in the NBA.
