Search On For Suspect In East Village Shooting

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are looking for a man who they said is wanted in connection with a shooting in the East Village.

It all started around 11:20 p.m. Friday on Avenue D when, police said, the suspect got into an argument with a 19-year-old man.

The suspect pulled out a gun and shot the man twice in the neck and chest, police said.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.
