Number '15' Arrives For New Year's Eve In Times Square
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The countdown to the new year is on.
With 15 days left until the world famous ball drop, the number "15" arrived in Times Square on a flatbed truck Tuesday morning in preparation for the big New Year's Eve celebration.
People have been lining up to get a picture with the official "15" since it arrived.

"Pretty cool," one woman told WCBS 880's Peter Haskell. "Because that's the actual '15' – right? – that's coming down?"
"That's pretty cool," one man agreed. "I'll be watching it on TV."
The 7-foot-tall numerals will remain on display until 2 p.m. before heading to the top of One Times Square.
