With the Blonde Bomber enjoying some more "Boomer Time," Kevin Connolly joined Craig Wednesday morning in the Allstate Studio. This surrogate duo began things by talking about the low-hanging fruit that is the Patriots and their deflated footballs.

The NFL has reportedly concluded that 11 of the 12 balls the Pats used in Sunday's 45-7 win over the Colts were under-inflated. And because of that, the country is up in arms and sports-talk radio is a blaze.

Considering the Pats are so good, one has to wonder, why?  In this case we had Craig and Kevin wondering just that.  Furthermore, does this latest allegation tarnish the legacies of Bill Belichick and Tom Brady??

Additionally, the Jets hire Chan Gailey to be their offensive coordinator. They will introduce Todd Bowles and Mike Maccagnan to the assembled media today, while former Bills head coach Doug Marrone will serve as both offensive line coach and assistant head coach for the Jaguars.
