Deflate-Gate Leads To Risque Cialis Parody Video Targeting Belichick, Brady

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The New England Patriots may end up facing some form of punishment from the NFL for their role in "Deflate-gate," but on the Internet, where the meting out of instantaneous justice is the norm, they are getting shellacked.

In this latest YouTube video, produced by Benstonium.com, the scandal that has rocked the league has been turned into a parody of the product Cialis, which, among other things, treats erectile dysfunction.

The parody goes after New England head coach Bill Belichick, but its more memorable moments are spent attacking quarterback Tom Brady.

"Before starting Cialis inflate-a-ball make sure your quarterback actually has balls to deflate," the voice on the video says.

The Patriots came under fire on Tuesday night when it was revealed that an NFL investigation found that 11 of the Patriots' 12 footballs used in last Sunday's AFC Championship game were under-inflated by 2 pounds per square inch of air.

So what's the big deal? Well, a softer ball is easier to catch and carry, and the embarrassing episode is just the latest in a series of alleged cheating incidents by the Patriots over the last decade-plus.

The NFL has promised some kind of ruling this week, but the justice that will be handed down is anyone's guess. The Patriots, themselves, have been defiant, literally laughing off the alleged cheating, while others, including WFAN's Mike Francesa, have suggested the league could choose to impose serious penalties against New England.

The Patriots will take on the defending champion Seattle Seahawks on Feb. 2, in Super Bowl XLIX in Glendale, Arizona.
