After Craig got through filling us all in on how the highly anticipated Floyd Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao fight scheduled for May 2nd could be postponed -- stay tuned -- it was Jerry Recco who garnered your attention with yet another riveting update. He began with the Nets capturing the eighth playoff spot in the underwhelming Eastern Conference. They will now face the Atlanta Hawks.

Plus, the rest of the NBA playoff picture, a good loss by the Knicks and Derek Fisher does some reflecting after his 17-65 rookie season. The Islanders take Game 1 from the Capitals, an NHL scoreboard and Aaron Hernandez is found guilty of just about everything. The Mets finish off a sweep of the Phillies with a 6-1 win, while the Yankees lose again. They did, however, get a home run from Alex Rodriguez.

During the update, Craig took a call from a fella named Tommy who was seeking advice. It appears his wife has a crush on Boomer.  Speaking of significant others, we were also reminded of how Jerry's wife takes care of the mailman around the holidays...
