4/19 CBS2 Sunday Afternoon Weather Headlines

Good afternoon!

Another sun-filled day today, but much cooler. In fact, we'll be about 20 degrees cooler than yesterday! Expect a high of 61 this afternoon under mostly sunny skies.

Clouds will be on the increase this evening ahead of our next system, and rain will move into most of the area by dawn tomorrow. You'll definitely need the umbrella and boots out there, as periods of rain will move through all day, heavy at times. A general 1 to 2 inches across the region, and some localized flooding is possible.

We clear out Tuesday morning, followed by some afternoon sun. Temps warm up just a bit, with a high of 67 in the city. Partly sunny once again for Thursday.
