4/27 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening all,

We had a beautiful morning today. Temps were a bit chilly as skies cleared late last night, allowing for radiational cooling to take place.

We have more clouds this afternoon as a backdoor cold front swings across New England bringing a few showers to the region. Most of the sporadic activity will be contained to Long Island and Connecticut.

The clouds clear out tonight and we have a nice day to rebound tomorrow. Tuesdays high temps: 63-67°. Wednesday is a spectacular day with warm sunshine & a high around 70°.

Some wet weather could return for the end of the week. The storms in Texas eventually ride up the eastern seaboard and glace us with rain. We will monitor the track as it is still evolving.
