Man Charged Following Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash In Brooklyn
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A Brooklyn man is under arrest following a hit-and-run accident that killed a man.
Police were called to Rockaway Parkway near Glenwood Road at around 6 p.m. Friday and discovered 49-year-old Ian Paul Bubb lying in the roadway.
Bubb was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said the driver of a 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee fled the scene, but then later turned himself in, 1010 WINS reported.
Richard Williams, 26, is charge with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death, police said.
