Cops: Pair Of Burglars Sought In Series Of Early Morning Harlem Break-Ins

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a series of burglaries that took place in Harlem.

On Saturday April 4, at 4 a.m. the suspects entered The Whole Beauty Distributor on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, through an unlocked door and removed beauty supplies from the location.

Later than day the suspects broke open a locked basement door at a 117th Street storage facility and removed musical instruments.

On Friday April 10, at 5 a.m. the suspects entered a restaurant on Frederick Douglass Boulevard through an unlocked basement door and removed two Apple laptops.

On Wednesday, April 15, at 6 a.m. the suspects entered a dollar store on Frederick Douglass Boulevard and removed an undetermined amount of cash and cigarettes.

On Thursday May 21, at 4 a.m. the suspects entered an Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard building through a locked security gate and made off with an undetermined amount of money and lottery tickets.

On June 4, at 3:50 a.m. the suspects entered a locked entrance on Lenox Avenue, but did not remove any property. Later that morning the suspects entered 321 Lenox Ave. and removed two safes containing an undetermined amount of cash.

On June 6, at 5 p.m. the suspects tried to enter a locked basement door on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, but did not remove any property.

The suspects have both been described as black males.
