8/12 CBS2 Wednesday Morning Weather Headlines

Good morning all,

Hope you're having a nice start to your day. Skies are clear for most of us, save a few clouds well north, and a few clouds well east.

The day will be a mostly sunny one with temps climbing into the mid 80s by afternoon. But with that heating comes the enhanced risk of a few pop up storms in coordination with a cold front sweeping by. Any shower/storm would be very isolated in nature, but the risk is out there.

Todays high: 84°.

Tonight, we will drop into the upper 60s with some far reaching suburbs possibly dropping into the upper 50s.

Thursday is absolutely spectacular with temps in the mid 80s again and even lower humidity. Temps DO climb higher Friday ad into the weekend.
