8/23 CBS2 Sunday Evening Weather Headlines

Hi all!

As expected, we did have plenty more clouds compared to yesterday ... but the good news is that showers really didn't materialize until late in the day! Expect cloudy and mild conditions tonight with a few more showers scattered around the Tri-State.

Tomorrow is gonna be a sticky start to the workweek, with higher humidity and higher temps. Looking for a high of 86 in NYC, feeling more like 90 with the humidity. Once again, there will be a few showers/rumbles possible from time to time.

Same story for Tuesday with late afternoon/evening clearing as a cold front finally works through ... temps won't drop much but the humidity will.

Gorgeous weather prevails Wednesday through Sunday as high pressure takes firm control. We'll have plenty of sun and temps in the middle 80s each day.
