8/27 CBS2 Thursday Evening Weather Headlines

Good evening everyone,

Hope your day has been pleasant. Skies have been blue all morning until a deck of high cirrus clouds have passed and cast a few shadows. We hit a high of 82 degrees -- our coolest high in over three weeks.

Although it's going to be a cool end to the week, the weekend will not be so. Temps are going to rise again into the upper 80s by Saturday and some see 90° by Sunday.

Monday, we should hit the ninety degree mark with some low 90s in NJ.

Tuesday through Thursday, temps remain on the upper 80s with a pop risk of storms by week's end.
