What a morning to be talking sports in New York.
The first "Football Sunday" of the 2015-16 season has come and gone and the Jets and Giants were both in-action, but their results were vastly different.
The Jets took care of their business in Todd Bowels' head coaching debut, downing Johnny Manziel and the Browns 31-10, which made Craigie very happy.
As for the Giants, they suffered a shocking 27-26 loss in Dallas. Due to the manner in which the game ended, Boomer & Craig spent quite bit of time questioning Eli & Co. for their clock management and the manner in which the game ended.
Add in wins by the Mets, who never seem to lose, and the Yankees, who got a big start out of Masahiro Tanaka to snap their five game slide, and we had a well-rounded, action-packed show open.
For that you are all very welcome...
