10/5 CBS2 Monday Evening Weather Headlines

Good Eeening,

Beautiful night ahead, with clearing skies and winds turning to the northwest, finally giving into drier conditions. We did not rise above the 60s today topping off around 2 p.m. at 67°.

Skies clear out and tomorrow is much kinder on the skin! Sun warms us up to the low 70s with a light breeze. A much different story than what we saw this weekend with a gusty east wind whipping water onshore and eroding some of our beaches. It was a tough weekend with trees down and power out in many places.

Thank goodness the weather really takes a turn in the right direction for the rest of the week. A few showers are possible Friday, but that's really the only hiccup this week.
