Good afternoon Tri-State,

A gorgeous and glorious fall day was is our hands. We hit 72° this afternoon and start off in the 50s. Many people woke up to the 40s in the 'burbs!

Temps do not cool off as much tonight as a few clouds stream east from low pressure situated around the Great Lakes, which keep us, on the mild side. This time of year is always tricky for dressing. It's chilly in the morning, but the sun angle is still high so it really warms up by afternoon and you start to break a sweat!

I recommend a few layers. Light long sleeves, or a t-shirt with a vest to keep the body mild. But bring a packable jacket if possible. This also comes handy in case of a scattered shower.
