10/6 CBS2 Tuesday Morning Weather Headlines

Good morning everyone,

It's a chilly start in some of the northern 'burbs today. We can expect some 40s and lots of 50s. (maybe the coldest spots and highest peaks see a reading in the upper 30s).

But no fear, by noon the sun warms us up into the upper 60s and by days end we should hit the low 70s except if you live 30 miles ore greater north of NYC.

Wednesday is even milder, in the mid 70s (we hope :) and Thursday will have brilliant sun but temps cool a touch.

A slight risk for rain exists on Friday, but we have to see what happens with it when it actually makes landfall. The system is approaching Northern California as we speak.
