10/7 CBS2 Wednesday Afternoon Weather Headlines

We'll return to a late summer feel this afternoon as temperatures warm into the mid 70s. And despite an approaching cold front, our skies will partly cloudy to mostly sunny... enjoy it while it lasts!

Skies will be mostly clear tonight; and temps will only fall off an extra degree or two... mid to upper 50s.

A slightly cooler air mass will be in place tomorrow, but we'll have high pressure on our side! Expect mostly sunny skies with highs falling about 5° short of today... around 70°.

Our next shot at some (needed) rain will be on Friday. Showers will slide through in the afternoon and evening; highs to be a touch warmer in the low 70s.

And as of now, expect dry conditions on Saturday with cooler highs in the low 60s.
